Flexly was co-founded by Nicola Trippick, a professional aerialist turned coach, and Sarah Pennock, a fitness professional with a passion for performance enhancement. Together, they are redefining how aerialists approach flexibility, mobility, and recovery.

Why We Created Flexly

Nicola’s journey with injuries shaped the foundation of Flexly. As a professional performer, Nicola faced a grueling physical toll that led to multiple injuries—some grounding her for months at a time. Despite seeking medical help, recovery was slow and disheartening.

Determined to find a better way, Nicola and Sarah began exploring innovative approaches to flexibility and recovery. Through their journey, they uncovered techniques that revolutionised the way they approached stretching—methods that not only accelerated recovery but also enhanced overall mobility and resilience. The impact was life-changing: faster healing, improved flexibility, better sleep, and reduced pain, all while laying the groundwork to prevent future injuries.

With a shared passion for movement and performance, Nicola and Sarah knew they had to share their discovery with others. And so, Flexly was born—a program designed to empower aerialists to take control of their flexibility and injury prevention like never before.
